Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at bluewhocreations@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Right of withdrawal

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Upon delivery of products:

  1. When purchasing products, consumers have the right to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. This cooling-off period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and notified to the company, receives the product.
  2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
  3. If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obligated to notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification must be made via the model form (Dutch) (English) or another means of communication, such as email. After the consumer has indicated their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example, with proof of shipment.
  4. If the customer has not indicated that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal after the periods mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 have expired, or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is final.

Costs in case of revocation

  1. The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product back to the entrepreneur. These costs amount to approximately €7,25 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
  2. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received by the online retailer or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly consents to a different payment method.
  3. In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any decrease in value of the product.
  4. The consumer cannot be held liable for any diminished value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal, which must be provided before concluding the purchase agreement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
